PS CS5 Extended - Download

I have had my copy of PS CS5 Extended for quite some time now, bought it when I was in high school. I have never had issues installing the software before via CD however it seems that my laptop is having some troubles with the CD area. It sounds terribly awful when I try to run any CD installations as if it is trying to read the CD but is not. At this time I do not have the financial means to replace any parts of my laptop or get a new one.

On that note I was wondering if there was a way to install my PS CS5 Extended version online through Adobe? I have the box that my CD came in along with the serial number so that is no issue. The only issue here is I am unable to install via CD.

Thanks a million to anyone whom responds.

Hello,

Thank you for the response. Several team members have reached out to me and I greatly appreciate this from everyone! Have had a crazy week and am just now seeing this.

I will get to work on contacting customer care.

Thanks again,

For everyone reading this

Be VERY careful when responding to a private message from anyone claiming to be "Team Adobe" or similar wording

There are many scammers who use the private message function to try and steal information

An actual employee will have STAFF where my forum identity has an ACP designation

Anyone else MAY be a scammer, and should be reported back in this message thread so the Forum Administrator will be able to check the ID to determine if the person is real, or a scammer

Never post private information on a public forum... including your actual email address or phone number

When an employee asks for information (identified by a STAFF badge where my ACP badge shows) hover your mouse over their name and then click the Message option in the popup window to send a private email

Adobe does not use Skype... if someone asks you to talk to them via Skype to "help" you, immediately report their Adobe ID in https://forums.adobe.com/community/forumhelp/forum_comments/content so the person may be banned from the forums
