Thanks for the update, Mosquito60. You are on the right track. From the details in the install log, the installer is unable to extract files to the /.adobetemp/ folder on the root of the drive.
Since you have already disabled any security software that might be interfering with the process, then I would recommend as a next step you try under a newly created local administrator account, Mosquito60.
