Hello,

I have this error code too. I am trying to install photoshop. I have followed the instructions suggested above. Many thanks for your help.

Hi Joe,

It seems you have installed the apps on a drive which is not locally located on your machine, and Creative Cloud apps are not designed to work on a network drive.

Hence I would suggest uninstalling the CC Desktop app and reinstalling it, please use the following uninstaller to do so: Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

Now download the desktop app from here and install it: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.
