Reinstall CS4 Design on a new computer.

I am trying to reinstall CS4 Design on a new computer. I have the serial number on my order page. When I go thru the install process, it says that it cannot find an installed product that I updated from, which was Photoshop 2 I believe. I've longgg since lost that disc. How do I install CS4?

    I guess I didn't state the problem clearly. I downloaded the CS4 files, but the problem is when I go to install it. I have the serial number, but during install, it checks the pc to see if there is an already installed product which I upgraded from.

    Two options - enter your CS2 serial number when the installer asks for your qualifying product

    2nd option which MAY work is to install the special version of CS2 so your CS4 installer "sees" it

    CS2 + Acrobat 7 + Audition 3 (AND EARLIER) Activation Server is gone, so read below

    You MUST use the special version and serial number on the page, not your original disc or serial number
