Reinstalling Creative Suite 5 Design Premium

I have had to create a new hard disk with Apple on my iMac as it was corrupt and now need to reinstall my disk version of creative suite 5 design premium in order to access work. It is the same Mac but Apple thinks that the original serial numbers I was given won't work as they weren't decommissioned on my corrupt hard drive first as I couldn't access it. Does anyone know if I am able to use the original serial numbers in any way or if not how I can reinstall the Creative Suite on my new drive as Adobe do not have support for this anymore. I still have the disks.

your serial numbers are still valid.

if you've maxed your two activations, you need to deactivate an installation, though.

is there anyway I can install my existing software (Creative Suite 5) on a new device remotely by downloading from online with the freed up serial number?

you can download cs5 installation files, install and activate using your freed serial number.

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

To deactivate an installation do I just uninstall from the device I no longer want it on. Then reload on the new device using same serial number? Also is there any way I can do a remote install through Adobe. The device I want to load it on is an employee who just traveled to Vietnam.

Activate and deactivate Adobe products deactivate first, uninstall second

Installs are done locally

Download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339

-kglad links in reply #1 here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2260248 will help

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs
