Question

Seeing that the full suite subscription is now $29.99 is a real kick in the groin.

Hey ya'll. I can't help but speak highly of the programs included in the suite - really. Premiere Pro, Photoshop, LightRoom; they all are phenomenal programs that can handle even the wildest of projects, and they work together flawlessly. Having come from Sony Vegas a while back, I'm still to this day blown away by the capabilities of this suite.

I passed this information on to a family member of mine and told them about the wild wonders of CC, and suggested it to him as a great option for the projects and ideas he wished to bring to life. I warned him that the prices weren't at all great- they were rather expensive for all of the programs needed, and it was ridiculous that picking a handful of programs out (while leaving the programs that would never be installed, let alone opened) and having a price assessed on them per month was not an option. I bit the bullet on the $52.xx/month (before taxes, $55.90 overall) price point some time ago. I am extremely unhappy that while I pay $55.90 a month, his offer was for $29.99/mo for ALL programs. What gives? I'm currently on hold (20 minutes and counting) waiting to speak with an actual human being on the support line, hoping to get this figured out. It is starting to feel as if once we are subscribers, we mean less than potential new customers. What a sad day in the industry if that is truly the case!

This is the time of year when we see super discounts & "Black Friday Specials."  However, they are typically for NEW subscribers only.

Hi, i can realy relate.

I just saw this offer today while I was trying to update from 'Photo' to 'All Apps'. I decide to jump on the bargain but turns out it's impossible to proceed the change, I got some vague error.

I contacted the support and they told this kind of change was impossible, they nicely proposed to end my current subcription so I can take the all package without trying to change the current one. I agreed, and surprise the price has change. Support redirect me to someone else. Turns out the online support is closed.

At that moment I'm very salty but I realy need Photoshop so I decide to pay the price anyway. Well to make things worse, when I try to pay, I got a message telling me I have to close a previous subcription (wich was already canceled). End of the story, I'm stuck without any subscription.

Hi Lucas,

Sorry that's happening, and can't really speculate as to why...

I'd suggest signing up with a different email, if you can. Create a new Adobe ID under a different address, and use that to subscribe.

Try this with a different web browser, or clear the cache & cookies for your current browser. That way the Adobe site sees you as an entirely new customer.

Hope that helps.

We had one of these temporary promos a few weeks back: €37 for Individual Creative Cloud.

Small print did specify it was for 1 year and new customers only.

If you're planning to buy this, but aren't in a hurry: I believe the same deal is offered for Black Friday.

It is a fact that almost all promos are only for new customers, however at the moment there's a promo for existing customers who order three or more new licences.

Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud

Here is the link. That screenshot is what is shown based on the URL provided. If I wanted to be THAT kind of person, I'd just pirate it.

The link shows the $52 offer for the US region on my side. I am a full CC member too.

I can't understand that. Does remind me of those "introductory offers" which goes back to the regular price after the term is up.

Did Adobe clear that up for you?

I also am now getting what Steve saw above, despite already being a full subscriber... There is no particular explanation given, and "Buy now" does seem to work.

Sometimes Adobe does temporarily tweak & test pricing in particular situations and scenarios, but not sure how/why this would be one of them.

Happy for thos who can buy at that price...

Probably the "Student and Teachers" plan: Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud

Those who do not qualify pay the full $52/mo on a one year commitment.

Nope, I had checked for myself. It's the individual plan.

Could you provide a link to the 29.99 plan?
