Serial Number has only 20 digits

Question

Hey,I bought a new Mac and now I want to download the CS 6 that I bought years ago. I never had problems to download the different programs  so I did not care a lot about the serial number and didn't note it anywhere.However, I checked Photoshop and I surprisingly found a serial number in its system information.The problem is, that this number only has 20 digits but for installation I need 24 digits.Does anybody know how to help here? Im really thankful!

you're not looking at a serial number if it has 20 digits. all adobe serial numbers consist of 6 groups of 4 numbers.

Find your serial number

if you still have cs6 install on an old mac, you can recover your serial number from that old computer, https://mac-product-key-finder.com/

Hence, you only see 20 digits.Use the link provided by kglad to locate the full 24 digits.
