Serial Number issue for CS4 Web Premium on Windows 10.

The programs all work fine. They've worked fine for months. Recently, however, whenever I start up Photoshop I get prompted to input my serial number or continue the trial version.

When I go to input my Web Premium serial number, it won't accept it. It tells me the serial number is not valid.

Things I've tried.

Uninstalling and reinstalling web premium. Uninstalling and reinstalling, starting the trial version, same result.

When I uninstalled, ran the Cleaner Tool, then reinstalled. I was prompted to input my serial number during the Suite installation where it was accepted and the installation continued without issue. However, when I went to open Photoshop, the setup screen popped up again asking and refusing my serial number.

I've run it in compatibility mode from windows 7-8. I've run it as an administrator.

When I go to the help bar to see if I can activate/deactivate the Deactivate button is grayed out and when I go to update it says it can't connect to the server.

So I'm working my way through those options...tried most but still no luck.

One odd thing, however, is when I try to delete the activation database files, It won't let me reinstall the Suite. Saying the installer database is corrupted.
