Serial number problem CS5.5

Hello,

SN problem with CS Design Premium 5.5 UPG (from CS4 Design Premium).

Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign work fine Acrobat Pro refuses the Serial Number. I tried everything (even a new partition with freshly installed system (10.6.8).

Is there a solution for this kind of Problem? Why does PS / AI and ID work fine and not Acrobat / Distiller?

I'm very upset 🙂

Thank you, but I live and work in Luxembourg and there is no phone Number I could reach from within L. (0800...).
