Start up warning message

When I start either Illustrator CS6 or InDesign CS6, I get the same warning message.

I quote.

"Creative Suite 6 Design Standard

Your application install seems to be damaged, please reinstall the application"

end quote see attached.

I've reinstalled twice now and still get the same message.

Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

if there's no problem with your cs6 programs, ignore the message.

otherwise, repair all your visual c++ programs that can be repaired.
