The Creative Cloud app icon is not in the menu bar and my apps won't update.

OSX Yosemite

10.10.5

Any idea how to get it to work?

Thank you for the help.

"Safe Boot" ended up doing the trick - and I was able to update all of my CC apps.

However, going back to normal, it's back to "normal" in that I can use CC.   This must get fixed; any clue as to what's wrong?

This means there is some parameter which is affecting the launch of Creative Cloud app .

In this case , it is necessary to check with log files.

You may contact Adobe Support and check once ,.

Click on Still need help button and select Chat option :

Didn't work...any other ideas?

If the above steps did not work , try with SafeBoot mode once and check.

OS X Yosemite: Start up in safe mode
