Bani, I have logged into AWL but the only programmes it gives me are InDesign & Illustrator, nothing for photoshop.

Ciaran, my apologies for the confusion.  Please use your serial number to install Design Standard CS5.5.  As Bani indicated you will want to download the volume license installation files from https://licensing.adobe.com/.

Design Standard CS5.5 contains Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS.  You can choose to only install Photoshop CS5 when you run the Design Standard CS5.5 installation files.

Please update this discussion if you have any additional questions or I can clarify any other points of confusion.

Ciaran please also review Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts that lists several common questions individuals often have when using https://licensing.adobe.com/.

    Hi Bani

Thanks for getting back so quickly, I didn't think the serial number looked correct, and to be honest I can't find the original email from yourselves of where we downloaded Photoshop from, all I know is that we had a license for 2 machines, Ive also tried to go in an register the product which it won't let me do because I don't have the serial number, but I noticed it says I don't have either Illustrator or InDesign register either which I find strange considering we update them from the cloud regular, it's very confusing at this stage.

Ciaran, I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email address) you have utilized to post here and found you have Creative Cloud Teams license for Illustrator CC and InDesign CC registered on it. If you need any help with these licenses then please post your query on Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS community.

There is no Photoshop CS5 license registered on it, if you have any other email address where you may have registered it when you purchased it please share that with me in a personal message.

Hi Ciaran, we don't require your serial number you may locate it and use it for activating your software.

However the serial number you have shared is incorrect serial number is 24 digits and the one you have shared is only 20 digits.

Please find the correct serial number and then download your Photoshop CS5 from here:Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products   then install it and activate it.

    Hi Ciaran,

As you have mentioned you would like to install your old Photoshop and Acrobat software's on your new Mac machine and need the installers for them, I would request you to let us know the version of these products you need and also the version of your Mac operating system.

Meanwhile you may check the following link where older versions of Photoshop and Acrobat are available for download: Adobe software and other downloads.

    Awaiting your response.
