Unable to reinstall Acrobat

I've change my MAC and I transfered everything with Apple Migration Assistant. Everything worked out great except Adobe Acrobat Pro 11. I've been asking help on this forum, I've been transfered to the chat where I've been helped 6 times by different teckies (first lines, second lines and third lines, every time) but no one was able to solve my issue, or wanted to take the time to solve my issue.

Now, this my 7th and last attempt to solve this issue. I hope that I'll find someone knowledgable and professionnal.

Environment: MAC OS 10.10.3

ADOBE ACROBAT PRO 11: LIcence bought october 2014

    Did you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat Pro XI?

    Also, May I know the exact error message you are getting?

    Of course I did. And of course, all the teckies tried this also.

    The message is: Installation has failed. The installation program has encountered an error and the installation could not resume. Contact the editor in order to get support. (My translation from french.)

    After one month and 6 different attemps, I would be very happy to contact the editor !!!

    Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X
