Unable to update or reinstall creative cloud - error 201

Hi there! I'm trying to update my CC Desktop app after a few months of not using this device, but I can't seem to update my app. I keep getting error 201 and even trying to reinstall the app gives me the same error. I have a stable wifi connection so I'm unsure what's causing my issue.

I managed to connect with a customer support agent, turns out I had forgotten to turn off my antivirus - whoops! It's all sorted now and update proceeded 🙂
