There is nothing wrong with my os.

Appartenly adobe controlls the horizontal and the vertical of my pc.

I can uninstall the other CC applications (by hand, luckily I have a modern slave at hand to do that)

I was able to uninstall not with the normal Windows 10 method but going back to (WindowsXP-Style) Control Panel. There I could uninstall Acrobat DC without a problem.

(Acrobat DC? Is that DC as in Domain Controller, District Colombia or Direct Current?)
