Uninstall on one computer and install on another

Hi- I am hoping someone can help me out with the following: 

I installed Adobe Creative Cloud on my work laptop and now have to turn that laptop in. I want to keep my account and install it on my personal laptop. How do I make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is completely off my work computer but still be able to install it on my personal computer in a few weeks?
