Updating PSE 2021 updater freezes at 6%

Help. I purchased a hard copy of PSE 2021 in January 2021. The first update was in March and it loaded fine. However, I cannot update to the latest as of Aug. The Creative Clud updater loads fine. But, then the update stops at 6%.

I am runing PSE 2021 on a Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. Thank you for any help.

Photoshop Elements 2021. I am not sure if I should uninstall Elements and reload from my disk.

I finally figured it out. My Kaspersky Internet Security program was blocking any downloads. Now I have the latest update for Photoshop elements 2021. Thanks for your input.
