Validation photoshop cc

Hello, I want to start my trial product Photoshop CC and when I want to validate, I get that I have no internet connection. But I can start my Adobe account, and entered the adobe page, but I can not validate the product. perform all the steps listed on page adobe active help and I can not activate. to unplug it and disconnect the antivirus firewall.
