When will the "spinning blue wheel" problem be solved?

Dear CC users,

I (as many others) am still experiencing problems with all CC apps since the 2019 release (on Windows 10 X64). The problem is (as described by many) that whenever you try to open any of the CC apps, you see a spinning blue wheel and the apps don´t open:

I have been with Adobe support on this issue, and this has (temporarily) been fixed but now the problem is back again. I have tried all possible solutions (uninstall, reinstall, use Adobe CC cleaner tool etc) and I really don´t know what to do.

Dear Ned Murphy,

thanks, this unfortunately did not solve the issue. I´ve already done a complete uninstall and reinstall (including the Adobe CC cleaner tool), I´ve deactivated Antivirus software, and I´ve even tried different VPN clients, all with no effect - sorry! But thanks for the suggestion.
