Why don't I have access to manage my apps?

689689, this error comes up because the computer is currently blocked from installing CC applications. There is no Creative Cloud membership associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

 

What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using, 689689? Do you own and maintain the computer and network that you are installing the Creative Cloud applications on?
