It clearly says you can activate up to 2 devices but can only use 1 device at a time but it's NOT, it is wrong. I can use a same Adobe app on 2 computers at a same time. Many others also reported same thing so it seems it's eitehr Adobe put a wrong information OR it's a bug to allow two devices to use at a same time. Otherwise I need more explanations about this as Adobe's information is clrealy false and misleading. Is it a bug or actually allow 2 devices to work at a same time?

Correct answer Peru Bob

I dont see the information that you are NOT allowed to use more than 1 device at a same time. I'm talking about one person using two or more devices at a same time.

You can use your app on only one computer at a time.

Can = are allowed to.

The LICENSE says you may use on one computer at a time

If you do use on two computers at the same time, and Adobe finds out, you COULD have your subscription cancelled

I do not say that you WILL have your subscription cancelled, only that you could

Can you provide that license information indicate that you can use only one device at a time?

http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html

Also, not an exact example, but when I have traveled and rented a car I have always been required to give my driver's license to the clerk during the rental process... and I have been told that I am not allowed to let anyone else drive that rental car... except when my wife was with me and her information was also entered into the rental agreement so she could also drive the car... letting someone else drive was breaking the agreement

you can install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud on as many computers as you own and use it to install all (or some, if you want) of your cc subscription programs. the only (insignificant for internet connected computers) limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start your adobe programs) on, at most, two computers at any one time.

because you can sign out from either (or both) signed-in computers using a 3rd computer, this could not (imo) be easier.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

I said Adobe website clearly mentioned that you can only use one device at a time even if you sign in many devices.
