Can't download or install any adobe's application even the creative cloud desktop app.

I have trouble in downloading, installing or running any adobe's app, even the creative cloud desktop app. when I run the exe, it shows the text below:

 

Creative Cloud.exe-Bad Imagc

C: \Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\CRClient.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
Error status 0xc000012f.

 

Can anyone help?

click your start button>type winver>enter and make sure you have win 10 64 bit 1809 or latter.

 

if you do:

 

1.  disable your av and try to install again.

2.  if that fails, try a different browser and use the alternative download site at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
