Hi, I bought lifetime version of Acrobat X. I wanted to move it to a new laptop, so I deactivated all previous installations on 2 previous systems, but when I install on new system, cannot activate it and it says I have reached my activation limit. My account states that there are no activated devices.If anyone has knows how to deactivate when already deactivated, please let me know, thanks Hey Adobe - where is the direct customer support for the lifetime product purchase customers? I currently have a 4-month free trial period for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro 2026, but I am unable to download any applications from creative cloud. Whenever I try to install apps like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat, the installation status gets stuck on 'Waiting' for long time, and the process never actually begins. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them resolved the issue: 1. Reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application multiple times.2. Restarted my PC multiple times Has anyone dealt with this before? Any fixes would be awesome. Thanks!
I used one image, cancel free trial and now I paying a YEAR LONG suscription! I haven’t even log in since that day and there is no chat to talk to a human being. Help please!!

Unter MacOS 26.5 auf MacStudio M1 bleibt der Update bei 48% hängen und geht nicht weiter. Die blaue Meldung dass der Prozess ungewöhnlich lange braucht und nach Lösungen gesucht wird erscheint. Ein Abbruch hinterlässt eine defekte Altinstallation. Ein entfernen der alten App und Neuinsallation ist notwendig. Das war bei V 27.6 und 27,7 der Fall. Was kann ich machen?

Sorry, I've switched to the English version.My laptop hasn't been moved anywhere. I don't know why AdobeGCClient is randomly appearing in the C:\Windows\Temp\AdobeGCClientDiscarded directory, and it also contains local win32 x64 DLL files.The C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient directory only contains application files, no DLL files. I tried searching for strange folder names in C:\Windows\Temp, but I ended up pasting different names. I cleared the temporary folder using the command prompt, but I'm worried the program won't open.An AdobeGCClog folder has appeared in C:\Windows\Temp.The original path was C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient The AdobeGCClient temporary file created in the C:\Windows\Temp\AdobeGCClientDiscarded directory has been deleted. When will the dll and dat files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient directory be restored?

For a few months now, the Updates for any of the CC desktop apps have been, and are still, VERY slow to download. And then, it will stall out anywhere from ¼ to ½ way through the download.Adobe acknowledges this by having a “pop-up” message at the bottom of the screen stating there is a problem and they are working/trying to resolve the issue.I have cancelled the downloads, restarted the computer and restarted the whole update process but to no avail. I have done this multiple times and what is puzzling, is that after I do all this, I have to re-install the apps, which I was trying to update, and the download process (of installing the apps from scratch) works just fine … and is installed with the latest updates.It’s just the “Updating” process that has a problem.It is not my computer causing this as all my other apps run and update just fine … and it is not my Internet connection which speed tests at around 170Mbps DL / 40Mbps UL.So, Adobe … why is this happening? I'm installing CS5 on my new pc and got error, activation limit. PS is already activated on 2 other devices. Those pc's are long gone, formatted and sold.I'm looking for advice on support, they point me to forum. I read forum, they point you to support. I'm being balled around. Support says "I would like to inform you that we don't manage activations as well as deactivations of the perpetual Licenses from our end. Being an owner of your perpetual licenses you only can manage deactivations and activations from your end"How the heck am I supposed to de-activate them my self? I dont have access to those pc's anymore. Support don't have ability to deactivate my old product? I'm not buying that. They're saying no-can-do and are trying to sell me their new subsriptions too on the same breath. Every time on chat.Am I screwed now and forced to buy new photoshop? (certainly not any kind of subs.based software!) Is this how support is treating their customers nowadays?
Hej,Jag har bytt dator och ska installera Indesign CS6. Den går inte att aktivera och jag har inga aktiverade datorer på produkten. Använder microsoft operativsystem.Jag har installerat från min adobe sida, men produkten upphör att fungera efter ett tag eftersom jag inte kan aktivera den.Hoppas ni kan hjälpa mig
So 9 years on and this problem still there. It’s completely eating 1 CPU core on my laptop and desktop. Very annoying on desktop - disaster for battery on laptop as CPU is running flat out on 1 core the entire time. Even if I kill the process it comes back after a while. Have removed all Adobe software from my laptop for now.
I noticed this morning that all of my Adobe apps were behaving strangley. Acrobat insisting it's not registered. Premiere refusing to load projects that used the I-frame MPEG codec. I go to the CC Desktop app and on the Apps tab it just shows blank. Under Preferences I notice it now says that future CC Desktop updates will only be available for Windows 11 and higher. Am I screwed here, or are the Adobe servers just having a prolonged hiccup?

I’ve paid for Creative Cloud in advance for a year, checked for updates after a month away from my Mac and everything needs updating, it’s glacially slow, so far 5 hours to update 5 apps, another 8 to go, this is very poor service for the price I’m charged!At this pathetic speed I will have wasted a complete day and evening while Adobe count their cash! I’m on a MacBook Pro M4 pro max - Tahoe 26.4.1 128mb ram 4tb ssd hd, so hardware is not the issue, my internet speed is excellent. The only possibility is that Adobe either haven’t been vigilantly checking their service speed or they are delierately throttling back to 1980 speeds? Not good value for money!!

Hello, I installed the latest version of Photoshop 2026 on my MacBook Pro with macOS Ventura 13.7.8, and it indicated that this version would run without any issues on my computer. I deleted the old version of Photoshop. After installation, Photoshop won’t launch, and it tells me that it’s not compatible with my system and that I need to update it, which isn’t possible on this Mac. Okay, I thought, I’ll go back to the old Photoshop 2025, but when I launched the CC Launcher, clicked on the three dots next to the Photoshop tile in the Applications section, I couldn’t find the “older versions” option that was always there before.Thank you
I just spend several hours on the phone with Customer Service which is obviously not located in the US. The problem never did get resolved mostly because of the language barrier. Then the online options make it very difficult to lodge a complaint or try to get help. I had to go back to the 800 sales number and repurchase my software upgrade and cancel the previous order to create a workaround for the problem. Adobe doesn't have a great customer service reputation anyway--guess they don't care because they figure they have a captive audience--but it seems it gets worse every time I have to deal with it.
