Hello. There was a problem with access to the admin console. An employee of our company who was an administrator quit and did not give anyone the administrator account. How can we restore access to the admin console?

Access to the admin console was provided via email (email removed)
Users with subsribtion:(email removed)
So there was a subscription to (email removed), but the former admin deactivated it at 17.04.2025. We are already talking about theft of the Admin Console.

Also. I was able to contact the former administrator. He refuses to return the admin console account to us.
If it helps, I can write the VIP number and contacts of the distributor from whom we bought the subscription

Thank you for sharing the details with me. I have reviewed each account and found that morozov@******** was not the subscription's Admin. The premier-plast@***** account is the org Admin, and they should be able to access the Admin Console.
If the access to the premier-plast@***** account was with the one who left, we need to take a different approach to resolve this.

Hi! I am having the same issue as above. My Administrator has quit and we are attempting to switch his acocunt to a new hire, but we dont have his log in informaiton. We also cant access any right for the account because of this.
