Admin Console - Users - Advanced options are no longer available

Advanced options for managing users are not available. I need to manage a large number using .csv files ( All of them are Adobe ID) and I can't do it anymore:

The administrator role name assigned to me are this (en español):

  • Administrador de perfil de productos
  • Administrador de grupo de usuarios


Excuse me, issue resolved. The options are available from the User groups section:

Can you please check if the advanced options are still unavailable?

 

Yesterday, we did face some deterioration of services and this may have been due to that. All services are now running normally.

    Hi Vikrant, yes, the advanced options are still unavailable, right now (near 7:00 PM UTC). Is the same in Chrome and Firefox:
