Adobe CC and common computer in Enterprise

Hello,

i could not find the right answer for this on my own so I'm asking the here. Can someone confirm if shared device licensing is available outside of the education segment.  looks like it may not be referencing the below as the value incentive plan seems its only available to schools.

Licensing overview 

if this is not available for enterprise is there some form of licensing that is not locked to a single user, and could be available to address shared machines (like a meeting room)
