Adobe CCE Subscription (package fails to install)

Hello,

I've been battling a problem with installing Creative Cloud Enterprise Subscription.  My coworker created the package for me and I've tried to install it on 5 different computers and it fails every time.  I've tried having the package re-created and it still fails

I tried running setup as an admin.  During installation, I can see applications populating on the desktop & start menu.  However, somewhere in the middle of the installation, everything starts rolling back.  One by one, each application that was installed is removed then I see this error:

Also I have already tried this and it didn't help:

"Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app

I have the PDApp.txt log but there does not seem to be a way of attaching files to this forum.  There is insert video & image but no ability to upload a txt file?

I just checked the above log file and can see that the application that is causing trouble with the installation is Project Felix. You appear to be installing this installation package on a Windows 7 machine and the minimum system requirement for installing Project Felix lists down Windows 10 anniversary edition hence it is failing.

Could you please build a package without Project Felix and attempt a new installation to see if it works?

Hi davef28677462

As per your logs,

""

10/01/16 09:46:43:180 | [FATAL] |  | ASU | DeploymentManager | HDPIMWrapper |  |  | 5072 | The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (190).Stopping the installation process.

10/01/16 09:46:43:180 | [ERROR] |  | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager |  |  | 5072 | Product Media (ESHR, 0.2.0) installation failed ...

03/13/18 10:31:21:011 | [FATAL] |  | ASU | DeploymentManager | HDPIMWrapper |  |  | 7968 | The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (191).Stopping the installation process.

03/13/18 10:31:21:011 | [ERROR] |  | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager |  |  | 7968 | Product Media (SPRK, 3.1.12) installation failed ...""

Seems like you have included Adobe Dimension CC and Adobe Experience Design in this package, and your system requirement does not meet.

Please create a new package and exclude both these applications.

Minimum system req for both these apps is Windows 10 Creators Update (64-bit) – Version 1703 (build 10.0.15063) or later
