Adobe Education not sending verification email
I work for a school district and we have an account with Adobe. One of our end users was added to our account, she started going thru setting up her accound and gets to the verification code and she never received an email. She checks her spam, trash, promotions, etc. folders, she has checked her blocked list and has nothing blocked. I even ran this by our Systems Administration team and they don't block anything from Adobe. Her email address is correct, but the verification code email never gets to her. How can we receive a verification code?
