Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, none of those links helped. From what we understand, one manages Adobe for Teams users from the Admin Console at adminconsole.adobe.com, but we cannot access it, it says "We're sorry. You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.". We are signed in with our Adobe ID before accessing the link. Our browser did not block ads, scripts, or pop-ups. We allowed cookies in our web browser. Also, none of those contact links go directly to the chat option. The 1st one goes to "Adobe Customer Care", no chat option anywhere. The 2nd one goes to "Reach us by phone". If we click "chat with an agent", it goes to "Adobe Customer Care", no chat option anywhere.

You need to get your admin console access sorted first before you can do ANYTHING else. Are you the designated administrator for the Teams purchase in your company (designated with Adobe, that is, not a job role)? Was it, perhaps, set up by someone who now left the company?

No, but I am using the account of the contract owner, i.e. the person who purchased the Teams subscription and set up the account. No, it was not set up by anyone who now left the company.

You may not use someone else's account. You need to get the admin owner to transfer administration to you. Here's how: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/change-contract-owner.html

I'm the System Administrator and the account owner asked me to. He (the admin owner) can't transfer administration to anyone, he can't access the Admin Console.

Ok, then the login for the administrator isn't working, and you need to get it sorted by Adobe. The correct way to do this is the admin console, but this is one case where it can't be done that way. [What the owner should normally do is add you as an admin; they cannot give you permission to use their account, because it is a breach of Adobe's license terms]. Adobe cannot create team admins: to quote that page: "If the contract owner isn't available, and the account doesn't have any other admin, Adobe Customer Care cannot promote non-admins to the admin role. In this case, you can purchase a new Creative Cloud for teams subscription." In other words, in such a case, you've lost everything.

I suggest you go back over the original paperwork to see if the assignment was made to the wrong email. If you purchased through a reseller, conceivably they could help.

LOL. How do we get it sorted by Adobe if we can't contact Adobe? The owner can't access the Admin Console, so he had no alternative. I'm not using any software. Surely Adobe can fix this, it's their console. We're obviously not purchasing another subscription to fix an Adobe issue. There's no paperwork, we purchased the subscription online. If a reseller could help, surely Adobe can. How can they be contacted? Do they ever bother to scan this community?

You do not need a subscription to manage what you have. The first important thing is: how did you buy your Teams subscription, and is it really a Teams vs an individual subscription? CC for Teams can be bought from authorized resellers. That's what we did because our reseller handles also our other licences: Microsoft, Autodesk etc.

So if you bought directly from Adobe, you did designate a contract owner. The contract owner has access to the console with his/her Adobe ID. If he/she does not have an ID, it's time to create one (same e-mail as the contract owner e-mail). There is no need to have a licence assigned, so the free account works well. As of my understanding, e-mails need to get confirmed.

The account can be accessed via account.adobe.com, the admin console can be accessed via a link from there:

The account here has no licence assigned!

From here you will be able to manage products, users, admins etc. You can add as many admins and users you want, but you can only assign licences to users up to the number of acquired licences.

We bought our Teams subscription directly from Adobe. Yes, it's really a Teams subscription. It wasn't bought from an authorized reseller. We bought directly from Adobe. I didn't designate anyone as a contract owner. I didn't buy it myself. The individual who did, allegedly designated themselves as a contract owner. I do remember helping them set up the team (add users and assign licenses) when they bought it. They have no access to the console with their Adobe ID, though. They do have an ID. We already tried accessing the admin console via a link from account.adobe.com, it doesn't work. Therefore we cannot manage products, users, admins, etc., add any admins or users, or assign any licenses (like we did during the initial setup).

The reseller helps probably faster, as they have all the paperwork at hand, and they have access to a reseller console, and they know exactly what you have purchased. They even probably know you by name…

We bought directly from Adobe, no reseller involved.
