Adobe Licensing Toolkit -t -> Operation failed

Hello,

im trying to remove the Licenses on our VDI. (Win 8.1 (i know its ancient.. not my descision))

AS ADMIN

C:\Users\local\Downloads\adobe-licensing-toolkit\win64>adobe-licensing-toolkit.exe --deactivate

Operation Failed

I can see in the Log that HTTP request ends in a 400. But im posting this from the Machine in question, so the connection should be fine.

As you know, technically, Windows 8.1 is no longer supported, but you. may try running the tool kit via admin, and if that still doesn't work, delete the licensing files manually by deleting the folder OperatingConfigs, located at C:\ProgramData\Adobe\OperatingConfigs

So as far as i can see the script fails because it can't reach a webadress?

But the machine has a working conntecion, im posting this locally from the machine in question.
