Adobe Sign user already exists in the organization

Help please!!!
He says that this user already exists in the organization.
I have deleted it from everywhere, from the admin console and adobe bussines and personal account.
The error still remains that this user exists

@Ion-AMD Please check if any other user have a username/email with the same account.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
