The update for XD version 36 s not showing up in creative cloud app, only 35 is visible.  I tried suggested methods of restarting creative cloud app, signing in/out, reinstalling XD, nothing helps.

Running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

Thank you

Kindly move that file on the desktop, sign out from the creative cloud, and log in again to check if you are getting the latest version. If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting your internal IT team who would be able to raise a support case with Adobe to look into this matter.

Hello,

Please confirm if you have  "AdobeUpdater.Overrides" file under the following location /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0.

Check both the system library and user library for this file. If yes, then you need to contact your internal IT team.

I was able to locate it only under User//Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0.

I have the same issue, but can only see a "AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat" file in the following location /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0.  Is there another way to solve this issue?
