Everytime I try to download any Adobe app (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) it says that I must update my system or to "open link on a compatible computer".
Here are my system specs:

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.63 GHz
GPU AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎14/‎08/‎2022
OS build 19045.5011
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0

I'm a student trying to do some work on my personal computer so I'd like to get this issue resolved ASAP.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that an active Enterprise subscription is associated with the Adobe ID used for this query. I recommend contacting the system administrator for your organization’s Adobe contract to verify that the correct licenses have been assigned to your account. They’ll be able to review and adjust any necessary permissions.

Please let us know if there’s anything further we can assist with.

Regards,
^AN
