Billing question: Can I use a separate CC# for different users?

We are a large organization.  I just created a new user under my admin account. How do I change the CC# for that user so it bills to her CC#, not mine?

    It can not be transferred, you need to cancel the present CC under your Adobe ID, you can re-purchase under the correct ID.
