    To all;

I have been stuck with the same problem you all have been stuck at... I cannot roll out my apps using CCP.

I was able to build a 1st deployment with Photoshop and Dreamweaver.  I thought it was going to be easy but after I finished packaging all the CC Apps as our company required, I started testing and all failed.

For example, on Windows (My building machine is a Windows 8 64bit 8gb ram).  My cache is set to C:\Cache and my output to C:\CC Packages, I package with License and 64-bit Package.  The Advanced Configurations look like this:

Disable Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App - Checked

Ignore Conflicts and continue installations - Checked

Adobe Update Manager is disabled - Checked

Enable remote update manager deployment - unchecked

Deploy to default application directory - selected.

(I am building a package as I write this to test the results...)

The building process downloads the apps as it should and when its done, I check the build log and this is what I get every time, regardless of the package I build:

    8/2/2013 09:46:20[INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Build Version - 1.2.0.4

8/2/2013 09:46:20[INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Logging Level verbosity Set  to 4

    8/2/2013 09:46:23 [INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Extraction completed with return code = 0

    8/2/2013 09:46:55 [INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Copied Setup file/folder (resources)

    8/2/2013 09:46:56 [INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Copied File (Set-up.exe)

    8/2/2013 09:46:56 [INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Copied File (payloads\Media_db.sig)

8/2/2013 09:46:56 [INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Copying the content of 1 disk

Those two bolded lines always show up on Windows.

When I run the build, there are no files in the exceptions folder (for this build anyways).  When I click on the setup file is where it goes wrong: progress bar gets about 1/4 of the way and then rolls back and the window disappears with no error message or anything.

I did another bundle with 32bit installer if Muse and this is the build log:

    8/2/2013 09:54:09[INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Build Version - 1.2.0.4

8/2/2013 09:54:19 [INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Copying the content of 1 disk

Subsequentially I tried doing this on a computer with just Windows 7 and no other installation, and it also failed.

I have looked at other forums in the Adobe Community and a lot of people are having problems with the installer and the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager.

Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

    Hello There,

I've got this error with all my CC packages. As long as I try to install to a mashine with CS6 on it. Only to a mashine without any Adobe product it will work. Is there a chance to modyfy the install script in a way that it is not trying to uninstall something?

Is there also a way, to find out, from were the installer gets the cracy "{2D99B50E-431D-4AA8-85C1-172A6F8BCF09}" produkt names?

I created several packages with only one application in it. Also the option "Ignore Errors..." is checked.

Meanwhile I found out, that the {2D99B5....} comes from the "Setup.xml" inside "Photoshop-CC.pkg/Content/Resources/Setup/Adobe Photoshop CC0/payloads"

So it looks loke that there is a big bug inside, since the installer wants to uninstall something that he is going to install.

So please Adobe: make your Software work! It ist expensive enough!

    thanks OH

    Now it's even worse :

I start the CCPLauncher, it's start "updating Creative Cloud Packager" & ... crash !

"We've encoutered the following issues : Creative Cloud Packager failed to install." & I can't do anything expect clicking the "Quit" button or the "Customer support website" link ...

starts to be ridiculous !!! I'm a SCCM & desktop admin, not a beta tester for adobe (or maybe you should pay me/us for debugging your software deployment ?)

    Hi,

I acknowledge that this is not good experience. Can you please share PDApp log and LBS log (in Adobe Download folder parallel to PDApp.log file). this will help debug the issue.

    thanks,

    Rahul

    Hi Laihdt Dan

Looks like there is some corruption with package, may be while copying the package to VM or deploying it via network. Can you please try creating a new package and try to deploy it.

    thanks,

    Rahul

Looks like the new packager was released. The old CCP auto updated. Successfully created a package.

I first tried with the standard path for the cache "C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Adobe\CCP" then I changed to another drive ("B:\Adobe\Cache\CCP") with same result (execpt the "\\" mistake in the middle of the path : "AppData\Local\Adobe\CCP\\AdobeCCPCache\AAM") but same error, so I gess the AAM package from the Adobe download site is faulty
