Canceling my enterprise subscription

Hi, I have been paying monthly subscription for my enterprise plan but unable to use most of the apps. I couldn't find a way to contact adobe about it and losing my money has been frustrating. Can anybody help me find a way to cancel the plan completely?

I have reviewed your account, and there is one Creative Cloud Shared device license from your school/university assigned to you, for which you are not being charged. Additionally, there is one Dreamweaver individual app personal subscription that you have purchased and are being charged for.
