I have a user I added. I have 20 Adobe Pro liscenses. I am using 18. I click the user, edit, add to product group.
Adobe says the user was updated. it's wrong. they were not.
I go to Adobe Pro, click add user. type in user's email. Adobe will not let me add the user to the product.
So that's where I am. I can't add the user to the product, and I can't add the product to the user.
Any advice?
I have tried logging out and back in to see if that helped. It did not.
Update: apparently, the admin console was just slow updating, it's there now.
Hi @CAPICINC There was an Admin Console CSO *******30042, which blocked customer admin to add users on the Admin Console Product Details page. The CSO had been resolved. I would suggest you to please try after 4 to 6 hours.
Thanks!

Hi,
it seems I encounter the same issue.
I have 3 licenses not affected. I affect it to existing users and the system seems ok.
But users doesn't receive email and still can't use Creative Suite.
Admin console still show me that 3 licenses are unused.
Can you check if the same issue describe below doesn't occur again ?
regards,

Hi @fabienp11752568 sorry to hear that, we do not have an open issues.
In case the issue persists please raise a support ticket from the admin console so that we can check if there's a bug.
