I recently purchased a free trial of Adobe Creative cloud, but when I go to the manage plan page there is nowhere to change or cancel my plan as shown on the support page. I believe it is because my account is linked to my university. The image below shows what the page looks like where I should be able to manage my subscription. If anybody can help me figure out what to do that is much appreciated!

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thanks for reaching out. @kglad is right here. I checked the account details and found that you have an active enterprise subscription. Please contact your admin for the subscription cancelation.
