Cant access the Product Properties page when using Install Tuner 6.0.1

I am trying to create a package for Acrobat Elements using Install Tuner 6.0.1. The problem I am having is that I cant access the Product Properties page to enter serial number Company name etc. I click on it but nothing appears. The other parts of the program seem to work OK (Features, Files and Folders etc). My OS is W2K Professional with SP4. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Bender thanks for the tip. I found that the only way I could get it to work was to set the language settings to US. I can create teh package OK now. The only problem now is that you need admin rights for it to install correctly.

You must change the system settings to the appropriate language settings.

E.g. if you have the german windows (2000 or XP) installed, but the language settings are GERMAN(AUSTRIA) then install tuner will produce some kind of errors (like yours or crashing complete).
You must always set the language settings to GERMAN(GERMANY).
This will help, and Install Tuner will work correct.

(I've heard, that this is a known bug of install tuner.)
