CC apps fail to start for OSX network users with remote home folder

Hi

We did a clean install of OSX Sierra and some of the Adobe CC app's on the startup disk of the MacPro CPU's.

The apps boot fine for local users and for network users with a local home folder.

But the Adobe apps don't boot for network users with a remote home folder (so where the home folder is on a server share).

This always worked fine until now in Sierra 12.3.

Any suggestions how to work around this issue?
