Changing the licensing method.

Last year we created a deployment image which included Adobe Creative Cloud installed as a trial.  We used the previous method of license activation after deployment.  Can we just change the method of activation with the new model or does the entire suite have to be uninstalled and reinstalled?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi Nanuet

I would suggest you to uninstall the old versions and then create a new package and deploy it.

That's what we wound up doing as we were under the gun to get the deployment image finished.  God forbid Adobe should provide some kind of timely service or support.  They are almost as bad as Autodesk.

I have not had luck getting a timely response from Adobe via any means.  Even the response to my email came almost a month later.  Their arcane and bug-ridden installation and deployment procedures are a cruel joke foisted upon the IT community.  Every time I am called upon to do an Adobe deployment I shudder.
