We have lab computers that have the Adobe shared device licensing and we would like to enable the cloud storage and files sync how can we go about doing that?
When the students go home and use the product on their personal computers they have full access to the cloud storage and file sync that when they sign into the lab it says it's disabled.
The students are trying to use adobe bridge but they can't access the cloud files on our lab.
Your admin can submit a support ticket from their Admin console for Adobe technical assistance.

This is not in relation with Acrobat, isn't it?
I will move this from the Acrobat forum to Creative Cloud services.
What does your IT administrator say on this? There is probably something that needs to be enabled or allocated.

In the file explorer in adobe bridge there's no option for the cloud storage for them to access the files that they saved on the personal devices on the cloud storage and they are signed in on the lab machine with their same email they use on the personal device godd

Your IT administrators? Definitely, they are not working with Bridge to solve the cloud problem? They haven't activated the cloud storage for a reason.
I can imagine that they don't activate cloud because every student would synchronize their 100Mb+ data each time they sign in on a machine. You need to check this with your local IT.

You need to contact your school's IT dept about access.
In the meantime, I'm moving this topic to Enterprise & Teams where experts there will see it.
