Configuration error "Error: 16" when launching CC 2015 applications without local admin rights.

Question

After installing packages through "Creative Cloud Packager" we receive "Error: 16" when launching CC 2015 applications if you're not local admin. We tried this solution without success: "https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/configuration-error-cs5.html". We use Windows 7 64-bit English.

Hi,Please try the steps below:Uninstall the Adobe CC desktop app from the machine (Creative Cloud Help | Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app)Set the permissions to 'Full Control' on Adobe folders for the all the users in the following locations:[System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\[System drive]:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Restart the machine.Install the Adobe CC desktop app (Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop) Regards,Sheena
