Converting from Teams to Enterprise

Hi! We have just opted to upgrade from Teams to Enterprise so that we can use SSO. I am hoping I can get some guidance on how best to do this with minimal disruption to users.

It looks like I'm going to have to remove all of their Teams licenses, convert them all from Adobe ID to Federated ID, and then add back on all the licenses as Enterprise licenses. But that's going to cause a panic when everyone gets "you have lost access to Acrobat!" emails and/or has to re-sign-in to their desktop applications, even if I announce it ahead of time. Is there a better way?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable email notifications when removing the Teams license from the user's account. However, once pr while migrating the users to the enterprise license under the Adobe ID, you can disable the email notification. After setting up SSO, you can use the "edit identity type by CSV" option to migrate those accounts to federated ID, and the end-users have to sign out and log in again to process the asset migration(if any files are saved over the cloud). The admin might have to communicate with the users about the changes.
