Hello,

Is it possible to set up an admin account that only has access to view invoices?

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

Please be informed that Invoices for Creative Cloud Teams accounts can be acccessed only by the Contract Owner ( Primary Administrator). Other admins can manage the Team users and the licenses but cannot access the Invoices.

You may set the user as Contract Owner who needs access to the invoices. Alternatively, since the invoices are generated on the same day every month, you may set a recurring reminder for the Contract Owner to download the invoices and share with the respective individual who takes care of the Billing part.

Hope it helps.

Thank you,

As @Dj_Creative_enthusiast says, the contract owner can access the invoices, and he is the only admin who can do that. But that account will be the most powerful admin. I never had a problem with that, I simply forward the invoice to the accountant responsible for all that administrative stuff. It's once a year, so the workload to this is quite manageable.

Is this still the case today?

Hi @mscirri ,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon reviewing your inquiry, I see that the Adobe ID you used is associated with an active Teams subscription. Please note that only the contract owner has access to the invoices. However, you can easily email the invoices directly from the Admin Console.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
