Creative Cloud 504 and Adobe XD 504 Error

My whole team is having a 504 error on our Creative Cloud App and when trying to install Adobe XD. How can we fix this?

Hi, 

The 'Error 504' occurs when the package deployment is blocked by Application Control Policies or package deployment is blocked by the "Allow deployment operations in special profiles" policy.

To resolve this set up 'Roaming User Profiles' to deploy this package for users on your network.

See Deploy Roaming User Profiles to learn how to set up Roaming User Profiles on user accounts. If necessary, contact your system administrator. See How can end-users contact their Admins for issues or support.

If there are no policies configured on your system and you still see this error, you might be logged in with a temporary profile. Log out and log in again, then try the operation again. For more details see: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.

why do we need to setup roaming profiles?  I know i don;t need to do that to install Microsoft software across the network.  Why can't you just download the install?

So is there no fix for this?
