Hello,

We have an Enterprise Licence for Creative Cloud.  A few days ago we received a notification saying that our licence was due to expire in 3 days.  We used to have individual licences for the CC but these were removed when we bought a site licence (Education).  When the licence expired we removed all the Apps and the Cretive Cloud Desktop app and reinstalled the CC App.  When we launch the app it does not show all the apps available in our plan.  However, when we login to the CC website they are all listed?  When we click on install for any given app it downloads the installer but then falls to run as it invokes the CC Desktop App and no apps are show under our plan?  Is there a way to force the desktop app to show all the apps in our plan or a cache somewhere that we need to clear? See attached screenshots showing the Web and Desktop Apps and discrepancy between apps availalbe in our plan - any help appreciated.

@Simon29090083lj3t Please check and confirm if you are/were using AUSST in your organization which might be causing the issue. You can navigate to the below location on the affected machine and check if the AdobeUpdater.override file is available:

> C:\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\
> C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\UpdaterResources

If yes, you can remove/rename the file, sign out from the desktop app, restart the machine and sign in again which should resolve the issue.

See if the following article helps you. Also make sure that you are logged in using the correct account on your computers.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

<moved from cc services>

I know this is an old post but the solution may help others searching for an answer.

The solution is:
First sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, then close the application.
Navigate to:
Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\Configs\ServiceConfig.xml

Edit that file and change "false" to "true".
So change:
"<panel><name>AppsPanel</name><visible>false</visible></panel>"
To:
"<panel><name>AppsPanel</name><visible>true</visible></panel>"
