We have question about CS6, we have Licence for MAC and now have PC (WIN) , is it possible to change somehow platform within licence.

As you have mentioned you have a license for Adobe CS6 ( Mac) and would like to exchange it with a PC version. Yes, you can do that to know how refer to: Exchange a product for a different language or platform version.

Hi,
thank you for the quick response.
Former employee activated account on our business behalf, because he does not work for us anymore, we activated new adobe account, but can't register product by serial number. We got serial number from adobe LWS site. Our company bought the licence.
How can we register an older product?

Hi,
I checked your account on the Licensing Website and I can see that you have both Mac and Windows serial numbers already.
You can check this on LWS.

Yes we know that we have 2 licence, one MAC and one PC but we need to change this MAC to Windows platform. We have 2 Designers one was using the MAC but now we have only Windows platform.

As this is a volume license you should be able to use the Windows serial number twice.

Does that mean we could use one licence on two computers at the same time, we read that you can use serial number twice but you cannot use it at the same time.

Each license can be used on two machines but not consecutively. So, no you cannot use two licenses at the same time on different computers however you have two licenses and a volume serial number so I expect that will work.

Ok but that doesn't solve our problem, we need someone to change MAC licence to Windows (PC). If you don't now the answer please loop in someone who now that stuff.
We are a business and need this ASAP.
