Enable Manual Editing of User Attributes

New Here ,
May 06, 2025 May 06, 2025

As an IT system administrator at a university, I work with the Adobe Admin Console for Enterprise accounts on a daily basis – and I regularly encounter significant limitations in user management.

I would like to strongly suggest the following improvements:

Manual editing of Country Code and Identity Type in the Admin Console:
Currently, modifying these fields is only possible through indirect methods like CSV imports or by contacting Adobe Support – or in some cases, not possible at all. This costs time, resources, and patience – especially in organizations with a large number of user accounts.
→ Why aren't such basic attributes editable directly via the web interface, as they are in Microsoft 365?

Direct modification of user names by administrators:
In our organization, there are numerous accounts without first and last names – which makes license management and user identification unnecessarily complicated. As an admin, I should be able to add or correct names directly.

My request: Please enhance the Admin Console with an intuitive user editing interface – without the need for workarounds or support tickets. This would save time, reduce the load on your support team, and greatly improve customer satisfaction.
