Hello Team,
Been trying to renew our VIP plan for weeks but no response from Adobe.
I've sent many emails to Support and my Account Manager to get it processed.
I haven't received any emails or calls back.
I even received an undelivered email message because your mailbox was full.
No idea if the account manager is still there as we seem to get different one after a few months.
Please can someone assist
repost (here) if you get no response from a badged adobe employee here in the next 24 hours.
open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

i don't know about your email contact. eg, are you using a valid address etc.
update this thread after using your console.

Nothing on the forums, I'm opening a chat window to see I can get support there.
Why has nobody replied to my emails from weeks ago?

Chat support has given me a different email address for someone to take a look.
I do not know why this address wasn't sent to me in the renewal email, would saved me some time as I've been emailing the support mailbox and our Acc manager; NO replies for 3 weeks.
